01/21/11: Things I Love

I saw a blog, in my efforts to catch up on blogs, and it seems like a "fun" thing to do.  So here are some things I love...

1. my husband
2. laughing
3. when my husband makes me laugh
4. when my husband laughs with me
5. spooning with my husband
6. curling up with my doggie
7. cooking for friends and family
8. baking for friends and family
9. washing dishes
10. mowing the lawn
11. the scent of fresh cut grass
12. the scent of gardenias
13. rain
14. the beach.  most specifically, beautiful beaches, i.e. not Texas beaches
15. shopping with my grandmother
16. driving
17. sleeping in on a lazy day
18. lazy days
19. cold weather
20. warm clothes and cuddly blankets on cold days
21. hot baths
22. swimming
23. teaching kids to swim
24. weightlifting
25. going home after work
26. traveling.  anywhere.  anyhow.
27. hearing people say nice things about me - or reading nice things they wrote
28. gardening
29. making people laugh
30. hugs
31. kissing my husband
32. the look my husband has when he's happy to see me
33. getting a note or handwritten card in the mail
34. eating a wonderful meal with friends and/or family
35. Aggie football
36. hearing my boss say "good job"
37. Las Vegas
38. seeing my doggies so excited to see me come home
39. crawfish boils or backyard bbq's
40. a good glass of wine with friends 
41. a martini while hubby and I decompress from our day
42. a perfectly cold beer on a hot day while soaking in the pool
43. a dry aged ribeye
44. visits with friends who don't live close by
45. life with my husband.
